STORE POLICY
Orders:
All orders will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Your order confirmation email will display your order number and purchase summary.
Standard shipping processing can take between 24-48 hours, Express shipping is processed within 24 hours. Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping method is available, USPS is our standard shipping option at this time so please be aware the shipping rate and delivery time is dependent upon your order's destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from earnclothing.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier the United States Postal Service and address the issue directly with them. Earn Clothing does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
